GED Testing and Preparation
GED Preparation Classes
GED stands for General Equivalency Degree and is a way for adults to earn an equivalency diploma. The GED consists of five tests: math, social studies, science, reading and writing. If you are under 19 years, old you will need an age waiver.
The GED preparation program at Pike Lake Education Center can help you prepare for the tests. Pre-tests will identify what you need to study. You will then receive individualized instruction and practice in those areas. The GED classes are provided at NO COST and open to anyone interested.

The current version of the GED test is expiring at the end of 2013 and your scores will expire too if you don't finish and pass the test by then.
