Career and Life Transition Program is a community-based initiative between the Mounds View and Roseville Public Schools.  It is the goal of the Career and Life Transition Program (CLT) to assist young adults with disabilities to become confident, responsible, contributing members of their families and communities. Career and Life Transition program has two locations.  One in Har Mar Mall in Roseville, and the other in the Shoreview Mall in Shoreview.  Students needs in the areas of independence and vulnerability determine which program is the better fit.  Both programs assist special education students with the transition from high school to adulthood by providing training in life skills, work skills and social skills.

The CLT program is for students who:

• Are 18-21 years of age
• Have transition needs identified in their Individual Education Plan (IEP)
• Have not received a high school diploma
• Reside in the Mounds View or Roseville Public School districts
