An American College Test study recently examined four factors to see which best predicted success in life:

• Good grades in high school
• Good grades in college
• High scores on the ACT admissions test
• Participation in extracurricular and co-curricular activities such as athletics, debate, drama, speech, music, and journalism

The only good predictor of later success, the study found, was participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
