The complete athletic sign-up packet can be downloaded from the following PDF files or picked up in the Activities Office:
- Please look at all files to be sure you have the complete packet. Only forms that require signatures need to be turned in to the Activities Office. Your registration will not be accepted unless all applicable forms are included. Please note: this DOES include the Annual Health Questionaire.

Students may turn in registration forms during the published Fall sign-up times, or any time before or after school once the school year begins. If you wish to sign-up by mail, please send all completed forms and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return of your eligibility permit. Send to the attention of Sue Weber - Activities Office, Irondale High School, 2425 Long Lake Road, New Brighton, MN 55112.

Registration fee payments can be made by check, cash or through your School View account. If you pay online you must print a copy of your transaction and include this with your other registration materials. Most sports will also require a separate $25 equipment deposit due at the time of registration.
