Mounds View vs. Hastings
FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION
Registration Information and Fees
If you wish to pay by credit card go to School View. You must print a receipt to turn in with your registration paperwork.
Registration for Fall sports begins on July 28th and August 12 from 5:30-7:30 PM at Mounds View High School. You need to attend only one session and you may leave when you have finished registering.
Forms are available online or in the Activities office.
Athletes are reminded to have all forms on file in the Activities Office prior to participating in any sport. Physical’s [current within the last three (3) years and good for the whole season they are signing up for] are required by the Minnesota State High School League as part of the process to be eligible to participate. (Students may check on their physicals in the nurse’s office or the athletic office.)
Athletes must be making satisfactory progress toward graduation (these will be checked).
All forms and fees are to be given to the Activities Office. Do NOT give these to the coaches. DO NOT MAIL.
Family max is $700.00.
